Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Return Process

Provide your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
There will be a flat rate charge of €10 for restocking on all returns

Our products are handmade to extremely high-quality standards. Minor defects due to the handmade nature of the products are not considered faults and will not qualify for a full refund. In such cases, disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
